In plain words: Fluro is a currency conversion tool offered by Fluixec. The free version shows ads; a single one-time purchase unlocks PRO. Rates are informational, payments are handled by your app store, and we keep our responsibilities and yours clearly defined below.

The service

Fluro lets you view exchange rate information and convert amounts between currencies. It is offered as a free, ad-supported version and a PRO version unlocked by a one-time purchase.

Your license to use Fluro

Fluixec (the "Company") grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use Fluro for non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app
• Extract or reverse engineer its source code without authorization
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service

Exchange rate information

Rates shown in Fluro are collected from external data providers and are intended for informational purposes only. Rates may vary, and Fluro is not liable for any transaction results. The rates and fees applied when you actually exchange money depend on your bank or exchange provider.

Purchases and refunds

The PRO upgrade is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Google Play or the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Refunds follow the policy of the store you purchased from, and your purchase can be restored on any device signed in to the same store account.

Advertising

The free version may display third-party ads. How ad-related data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. The PRO version shows no ads.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Fluro is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the service without prior notice. Rate updates may be delayed or interrupted due to circumstances of external data providers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when necessary. Updates take effect once posted on this page, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
